About Seven Income Streams
Over the years, I have invested in countless business development courses, workshops and programs to grow my Reiki business.
Here is what I have learned: many business training programs are designed for coaching practices, not for healing arts professionals.
Strategies like creating low, medium, and high-ticket offers or a single signature course don’t always translate effectively to a Reiki or healing arts practice—especially if you’re just starting out, don’t have a large audience, or are still discovering your niche.
Many business training programs also encourage you to charge a high price for any 1:1 sessions which often goes against the ethos of most of us in the Reiki community. We love Reiki and want to share it at an accessible price.

The seven income streams model offers a more sustainable approach by diversifying how you earn, while still honoring your energy and capacity. This model is loosely based on the understanding that most millionaires have seven or more income streams.
This doesn’t mean doing more for the sake of doing more.

Inside this program, I guide you through a simple weekly ritual inspired by Nentatsu Ho.

Why I created Financial Foundations:
This course comes from my own process of learning how to build a healing arts practice that is both meaningful and financially sustainable. I moved through years of confusion around money, pricing, and structure before I began to find real clarity. What I share here is what I wish I had when I was figuring it all out.
Financial Foundations is the system I developed through that lived experience.
Over the past 15 years, my practice has evolved through major life transitions—including motherhood, the COVID pandemic, relocating my work across the country, and divorce. Each of these shifts challenged my business in different ways and required me to rebuild and adapt.
Rather than being separate from my life, my practice has had to grow alongside it.
In 2026, I bought a home—something I never thought would be possible as a solo practitioner. That milestone was made possible, in large part, by the financial systems and foundations I now teach inside this course.
