​This was me several years ago. I had studied both Yoga and Reiki from accomplished and knowledgeable teachers. As a yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, I loved the correlation between chakras and energy healing. I thought it was quite natural that chakras and Reiki were often combined together.

Until I learned a little more.
