This course is a co-creation where we revisit the foundations, practice together, ask questions, and review the material with fresh eyes.

This comprehensive 5-hour review course includes:

• Understanding the word Reiki, what it means and how it works

• Japanese Reiki techniques including Joshin Kokyu Ho and Seishin Toitsu

• Giving yourself a complete Reiki treatment

• Reiju/Attunement

• Additional tools and practices for using Reiki as a tool for personal growth, healing and empowerment
