
COVID Policy
The following requirements apply to all retreat participants who have purchased or plan to purchase a spot at this retreat:
PROOF OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE MOLECULAR/PCR TEST WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ARRIVAL:
Retreat attendees must provide proof of full vaccination (two weeks after last dose) OR negative Molecular/PCR test taken within 72 hours of entry.
Proof of vaccination may be provided one of two ways:
CDC Vaccination card + photo ID
Image of CDC vaccination card + photo ID
Proof of negative covid test:
Photo of negative covid test + photo ID
MASKING:
Masking is encouraged in indoor spaces and on rental cars. We encourage you to spread out as much as possible and use your best judgment on masking in outdoor settings. Outdoors and fresh air are safer, but if you can’t distance, please wear your mask.
HAND SANITATION:
Hand sanitizers and hand wash stations will be available. We encourage frequent hand washing and sanitizing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
Each of the retreat accommodations will allow for smaller groups with the retreat. At meals, you are encourage to eat with the people you share accommodations with. Retreat participants who are concerned about COVID are encouraged to wear masks and rent their own vehicle and drive themselves to retreat activities.
SYMPTOM CHECK:
Please check in Carrie or Christine if you are showing any symptoms (Fever of 100+ degrees, cough, congestion, headache, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea, muscle ache, chills).
We will have access to rapid covid tests at the retreat.
If you are experiencing any symptoms prior to attending (vaccinated or not), please get tested and/or choose to stay home.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms at the retreat you may be asked to stay at home and not participate in retreat activities.
We intend to do what we can to make the retreat as safe as possible due to COVID-19, but there are obviously no guarantees.
By purchasing your room at the retreat, you are participating at your own risk…including any COVID exposure/transmission.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed due to COVID. You are encouraged to purchase Pandemic Travel Insurance which will likely cover the cost of the retreat if you can’t attend due to COVID-19. CLICK HERE to research some different COVID travel insurance plans.
